Dr. Beane is a PCMH Certified Content Expert (CCE) trained by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). She will help guide your team as you transition to the PCMH model and seek NCQA certification. The intensity of consulting support is tailored to each organization’s unique needs and strengths.

Dr. Beane is up-to-date with HRSA’s clinical, UDS, administrative, and financial FQHC requirements, having supported urban and rural FQHCs and Look-Alikes for over two decades. Her support has led to NAP, SAC/SAC-AA, Expansion, and Capital awards of over $80 million.

Dr. Beane has provided services to hospital and clinic-based RW providers in Baltimore and Washington DC. Her support has included needs assessments, logic model design, workplans, patient flow charts, staffing profiles, org charts, budgeting, data tracking, and quality assurance.
