Dr. Beane has had a wealth of experience in the nonprofit sector: (1) conducting in-depth needs assessments for community-based organizations and government agencies; (2) facilitating strategic planning for both new and established nonprofits; (3) enhancing the effectiveness of health care, youth development, and community revitalization initiatives; and (4) producing successfully-awarded public and private sector grant applications.
